Abstract
Cilj istraživanja: utvrditi postoji li povećana učestalost SD u pacijentica oboljelih od arterijske hipertenzije srednje i starije životne dobi u odnosu na kontrolnu skupinu. Ispitanici i metode: Provedeno je presječno istraživanje koje je uključilo 100 pacijentica starijih od 45 godina iz ambulante obiteljske medicine u Šibeniku od ožujka do srpnja 2019. godine. Pacijentice su podijeljene u dvije skupine s obzirom na to boluju li od arterijske hipertenzije. Pacijentice su ispunile anonimni upitnik sastavljen od pitanja iz validiranih upitnika za žene SFQ-V1 (Sexual function questionnaire), CSFQ-F-C (Changes in sexual functioning questionnaire) te FSFI-a (Ženski indeks seksualne funkcije). U analizi podataka korišten je hi-kvadrat test, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test. Rezultati: Nije zabilježena statistički značajna razlika između dviju skupina ispitanica u vrijednosti faktora “Zadovoljstvo vlastitom seksualnom aktivnošću” (z=0,571; P=0,568) i faktora “Bol za vrijeme seksualnog odnosa” (z=1,523; P=0,125). Dokazana je statistički značajna razlika faktora “Zadovoljstvo vlastitom seksualnom aktivnošću ” s obzirom na dob. Uočeno je da ispitanice dobne skupine 55-64 imaju veću učestalost nezadovoljstva vlastitom seksualnom aktivnošću u odnosu na ispitanica dobne skupine 45-54. Nije dokazana statistički značajna razlika usporedbom bračnog statusa pacijentica s faktorima “Zadovoljstvo vlastitom seksualnom aktivnošću” i “Bol za vrijeme seksualnog odnosa”. U analizi povezanosti stupnja obrazovanja te faktora “Zadovoljstvo vlastitom seksualnom aktivnošću” dobivena je statistički značajna razlika između skupina (H=6,3; P=0,043). Medijan u skupini koja ima završenu višu stručnu i visoku stručnu spremu za 18,5 je veći u odnosu na skupinu koja ima nižu stručnu spremu (P=0,082) što znači da su obrazovanije ispitanice više zadovoljne vlastitom seksualnom aktivnošću. Zaključak: istraživanje je pokazalo da ne postoji statistički značajna razlika u učestalosti SD u žena oboljelih od arterijske hipertenzije starijih od 45 godina u odnosu na zdrave žene iste dobne skupine. SD je učestalija u žena starije životne dobi te u onih s nižim stupnjem obrazovanja.
Abstract (english)
Aim: Determine whether there is an increased frequency of SD in middle-aged and elderly hypertensive patients compared to control group (normotensive patients). Patients and methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted. It included 100 female patients older than 45 years from the family medicine clinic in Sibenik (March - July 2019). Patients were divided into two groups according to whether they suffer from arterial hypertension or not. Patients completed an anonymous questionnaire combined of validated questionnaires for women: SPFQ-V1 (Sexual function questionnaire), CSFQ-C (changes in sexual Functioning questionnaire) and FSF (Women's sex Index). The chi-squared test, Mann-Whitney, and the Kruskal-Wallis test were used in the data analysis. Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in valuation of the factor “satisfaction with own sexual activity” (z= 0.571; P= 0.568) and the factor “pain during sexual intercourse” (z= 1.523; P= 0.125). A statistically significant difference in the factor “satisfaction with own sexual activity” according to age was proved. Groups between 45-54 and 55-64 make the difference. Statistically significant difference wasn`t demonstrated by comparing the marital status of the patients with the factor “satisfaction with own sexual activity” and the factor “pain during sexual intercourse”. A statistically significant difference between groups was obtained in the analysis of the correlation between the level of education and the factor “satisfaction with own sexual activity” (H = 6.3; P = 0.043). The median in the group graduated from college or university was (by) 18.5 higher than in the group that has completed high school (P = 0.082). Conclusion: The study showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the frequency of SD comparing women with arterial hypertension older than 45 years and healthy women of the same age. SD is more common at older women and those with a lower level of education.
