Abstract
Epitelna komponenta Wilms tumora pokazuje značajno povišen K-67 u odnosu na blastemsku komponentu. Postoji korelacija između proliferacijskog indeksa Ki-67 i stadija tumora. U prvom i drugom stadiju tumora nađen je statistički značajan broj pozitivno obojenih stanica s Ki-67. Rezultati potvrđuju zaključak da je Ki-67 je relevantni marker u procjeni proliferacijske aktivnosti tumora i dinamike tumorskih stanica i ima prognostičku vrijednost za Wilms tumor. Nefroblastom ne pokazuje ekspresiju MAGE-1 antigena osim u rabdoidnim stanicama stromalne komponente.
Abstract (english)
The epithelial component of Wilms tumor showed significantly higher Ki-67 scores than those found for the blastema. Positive corelation between proliferation index as measured with Ki-67 antibody and tumor stage was found. In the first and second tumor stage statisticaly significant higher number of positive Ki-67 cells was found. The results support the conclusion that Ki-67 is relevant marker for assessing the proliferative activity and tumor cell dynamic and have prognostic impact in Wilms tumor. There is no expression MAGE-1 antigen in nephroblastoma except in rabdiod cells of stromal component.
